STRONG BODY, STRONG MIND, STRONG SKATER
​Roller skating is for all ages and can begin as soon as a young child learns to walk and be enjoyed well into ones 80's and even 90's. 

​It's an activity where family and friends share the excitement--the roll--together at the same public session or private practice.

Once you have alignment and balance, you can learn to push efficiently.  From a simple push comes a stroke, a glide. 

​Inside and outside edges, forward and backward, soon follow. 

Roller skating exercises the whole body, brain included, while the skater conquers one new challenge after another.

Roller skating skills come from you. 

Balance, strength, a nice glide, a nice edge won't be found at the department store and cannot be shipped to your door.
